Each Disney Kidea doll is unique. Some have darker natural wood grain than others, and although they are just as cute and the wood grain adds extra character, they did not pass the inspection to send out in regular orders. 
 
These figures have unusually dark markings, irregular grain pattern, or flaws like paint imperfections or nicks. They may be new in bag or new but out of the original packaging.
